The Flowers Law Firm is a boutique family law firm with a strong emphasis on litigation. A veteran in the courtroom with a business litigation background Richard (“Rick”) L. Flowers, Jr. offers his family law clients a unique perspective by drawing from his extensive experience in real estate, corporate law and tort litigation.

The Flowers Law Firm handles all varieties of family law matters, including large and complex estate divorces, litigation and negotiation; custody, parentage issues; same sex divorce, drafting and negotiation of pre- and post-marital property agreements; interstate, complex jurisdictional issues, and international divorce and child custody issues. The firm also handles post-divorce matters including custody modifications and parent-child and property enforcement issues as well as various civil litigation and appellate matters.

The Flowers Law Firm’s office is in Houston, Texas and represents clients in Harris County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County, Montgomery County, Galveston County, and all of the surrounding areas as well as throughout Texas, across the US and worldwide.
